1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website at https://teamsharptech.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms cover your use of the Site only — they don't apply to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or structured cabling services we deliver to clients, which are governed by the applicable signed service agreement.
2. Use of the Site
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and other materials — belong to SharpTech Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view Site content for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially, remove any copyright notices, or attempt to reverse engineer anything on the Site, without our written permission.
3. Requesting Services and Payments
Submitting our contact form or requesting a quote doesn't create a service agreement — any engagement for IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or cabling work is subject to a separate signed contract. Our client payment portal, ConnectBooster (a Kaseya product), is operated by a third party, and your use of it is also subject to ConnectBooster's own terms.
4. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpTech Solutions isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation doesn't apply to services delivered under a signed client agreement — those are governed by the liability terms in that agreement.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites we don't control, including Google (reviews and maps), our social media pages, and the ConnectBooster payment portal. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse the linked site.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted, and continuing to use the Site afterward means you accept the update. Check back periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Broome County, New York.
9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS messaging through a web form or other medium, you agree to receive text messages from SharpTech Solutions, including messages for appointment reminders, service and account alerts, and replies to your inquiries.
